Canvas 4 – A Big punch from Micromax

Holding the position of No.1 Tablet Seller in Indian Market ahead of Samsung and Apple;the third largest mobile phone vendor in terms of volume, Micromax has launched another Handset of popular Canvas Series Canvas 4, a direct competition to Samsung Galaxy and Nokia Lumia Series. Comparing its features to the Samsung Galaxy series’ two newly launched Smartphones, the competition is neck to neck. But the Price is the factor which makes the difference. The phone is a big hit in Masses going for “high end configuration but in low budget” and for people who “prefer to change their smartphones regularly (1-2 Years)”. In addition to the features listed above, Micromax has introduced some unique features:

1.       Blow to Unlock: Blow on your Smartphone and it gets unlocked. No need to swipe your finger.

2.       Improved Panorama: If you need to capture say our Parliament building in a single shot, you tend to use Panorama. What if it’s Eiffel Tower? Micromax has included Vertical Panorama to capture tall things in single frame.

Other worth mentioning features are MPower, Video Preview etc. With the Pre-bookings data for the Canvas 4, this is for sure that it is going to be a bigger hit than its previous version, but will it top the charts? we need to see.
